Wellhead Integrity
Format Hydrocabon has been in forefront in providing services around wellhead maintenance. The aim is to eliminate well release of Hydrocarbon and ensure well integrity with reduction in deferment. This also includes:
• Annulus press, survey
• Wellhead Valve services – Inflow/pressure testing/greasing
• Pilot Setting Lo/Ho and repairs
• SSV/SSSV/SD Funcion testing
• Xmas tree change-out
• General services of Cameron/FMC/Karverner etc X-mass tree
• Develop Client Well integrity manual
• MOU with Cameron OEM rep

|
Annual Surveys |
All other wells |
Annually |
Landing Base Inspection |
All wells |
Once every 10years |
Wells over 30 years old |
Once every 5year |
|
Corrosion Logs |
All fields |
Representative wells should be selected in all producting fields to be logged through tubing or during their workover to establish the rate of corrosion in every field (or area within a field) |
Wells with no previous corrosion logs |
Calculate the Remaining Casing Life(RCL) by dividing the total metal thinckness by the rate of corrosion (for wells with Remaining Casing Life exceeding 20 years, assume 20 years of Remaining Casing Life(RCL) |
|
Wells with previious corrosion logs |
Determine the rate of corrosion and calculate RCL.Run corrosion logs based on numbers of years |
|
All Wells |
Issue workover proposal if the Remaining Casing Life (RCL) is less than 4years |
